We cater for 1-6 guests.

Families with well supervised children are welcome, however please note the property is not securley fenced, there is a waterway through the property (which sometimes has water flowing and sometimes not) and we ask guests to take special care due to the nature of delicate furnishings and decoration.

We have 3 bedrooms available for groups or families.

Second Bedroom - 2 x long singles which can also be set up as a king bed

Third Bedroom - Queen Size Bed

We do offer a special “couple” rate for a romantic escape for 2 using only the Master Bedroom and ensuite in the bedroom wing as well as the kitchen/living/dining area.

If you book as a couple, you will have access to the ensuite with toilet and walk in rainshower.If you book the whole house, there is also an additional bathroom with toilet, basin and rainshower. Shampoo/conditioner and shower gel provided.

Both bathrooms are equipped with haridryers and toilet paper is provided.

We provide all linens including luxurious flax and bamboo bedding, cotton bath towels and floor mats, tea towels, and turkish beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and milk frother, fridge/freezer, soda stream, jaffle maker, stick mixer.

We also provide basic provisions (salt/pepper, oil, coffee, tea and selection of herbal teas, sugar, selction of herbs and spices)

Washing machine and Clothes dryer, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner.

There is also a microwave in the laundry.

Old Coach Retreat is set on 11 acres of fields and forest.

Outdoor entertaining is a breeze - There are two outdoor eating areas - one undercover on the deck, and one in the landscaped area to the north of the house. There is an outdoor clawfoot bath and an outdoor rainshower to wash off after the beach.

There is a Weber Q BBQ and an Ooni Pizza Oven.

There is a garage where you can store your beach gear and/or bicycles. But no vehicles (or other large machinery) in the garage. There is also a ping pong table in the garage and outdoor games (such as boules,)

Parking is available onsite in the visitors parking areas for 2-3 cars.

Old Coach Retreat is set in a beautiful natural setting. Kangaroos are plentiful and hop by the house morning and afternoon to graze in the nearby fields, and sometimes even the garden close by. They are beautiful to watch b ut we ask that you don’t approach the kangaroos, or feed them as they are wild animals and should be respected.There is also abundant bird life with many different species living close by. We have a bird book on the shelf if you are interested to identify them
